Akon | “j’ai jugé MHD sur les avis des gens”

Dans une interview réalisée par MOUV, il était question pour l’artiste américain Akon d’origine sénégalaise de donner son point de vue sur les fusions entre Rap, R&B et Afro. Après plusieurs écoutes, il s’avérait qu’il reconnaissait certaines musiques qu’il aimait bien. Cependant, ce qui a attiré mon attention était le fait qu’il connaisse Maître Gims, MHD et plusieurs artistes français.

– Maïtre Gims – sapé comme jamais ft Niska
“J’aime cette chanson, c’est un vrai truc africain” : dit-il. Il n’avait jamais écouté Gims dans un style comme celui-là. Il est parti de là où il était pour virer vers un style complètement africain. L’ajout des accords un peu danse avant le break, un moment où la danse devait s’éteindre. Akon trouve cette astuce très intelligente de sa part.

– MHD – AFRO TRAP Part.7 (la puissance)
Celle-là est beaucoup plus hip hop française. On ressent bien que c’est marqué Trap mais il n’a jamais pu vraiment rentrer là-dedans vu que son français n’est pas assez bon pour comprendre les paroles. Par’ conséquent il ne pourra pas savoir à quel point MHD peut être bon. Son jugement s’est limité aux avis des gens.

– Booba – DKR 
Akon reste sans voix devant cette chanson qui est d’ailleurs l’une de ses préférées. Puisque la toute première fois qu’il l’a écouté, il était juste “wouaou“! Dans sa tête il ne voyait pas Booba faire quelque chose comme ça. AU moment où tout le monde va vers la culture africaine et lui il sort un chef d’ouvre comme celui là fut très intelligent de ça part. ce morceau est vraiment bon

– Aya Nakamura – DJADJA
Ouais! Celle-la, il l’aime simplement parce que tu n’entends pas trop de femmes noires faire ce type de musique à ce niveau. C’est plutôt cool d’entendre et de voir plus de femmes africaines dans cette mouvance. Puisque la plupart du temps les artistes africains sont très traditionnels; ceci est plus pop.

il a donné son avis sur pas mal de titre africains et a fait le tour de plusieurs médias en France.
